Honored with NorthFace ScoreBoard Award℠ for Outstanding Customer Satisfaction
Thycotic announced it has received the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award℠ from Omega Management Group Corp and Customer Relationship Management Institute (CRMI) for excellence in customer service and support in 2018. Omega reviews customer satisfaction survey results each year from over 500 companies on average to determine their qualification for the NFSB Award.
The audit process for the NorthFace ScoreBoard Award includes a quarterly review of a company’s customer survey process and ratings with the results of the audit included in its report card to the company’s stakeholders. Companies must achieve a Customer Satisfaction rating of 4.0+ out of a possible 5.0 score (or equivalent rating system), over a 12-month calendar period.
“We were very excited to be notified that we had acquired the Omega NorthFace Award,” said Anthony Daubenmerkl, Vice President of Technical Support and Customer Success at Thycotic. “For our team, the award re-enforced that the investment and changes being made are making a difference. We want to be the support organization that is there for our customers through their product lifecycle, and this award proves we are doing just that.”
Leadership Designation in New KuppingerCole Leadership Compass for Priveleged Access Management (PAM)
The KuppingerCole Leadership Compass, which provides an overview of vendors and their products in the PAM market, considered Thycotic “one of the most crucial IAM (Identity Access Management) technologies that have a direct relevance and impact on an organization’s cybersecurity program.”
Noting Thycotic’s tremendous growth over the last several years, Leadership Compass analyst and author Anmol Singh cites Thycotic PAM solutions including Secret Server, Secret Server Cloud, Privilege Manager, and Privilege Behavior Analytics as earning “strong positive” ratings for security, functionality, integration and usability.
According to Singh, “Thycotic, with an impressive range of OOB integrations and support for cloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, appeals to organizations of all sizes globally looking for a comprehensive and effective PAM solution with faster deployment cycles and easy configuration and are internally more aligned to Microsoft technology stack.”
5-Star Rating in CRN’s 2019 Partner Program Guide for the Fourth Consecutive Year
This annual guide identifies the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today, offered by the top technology suppliers for IT products and services. The 5-Star rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
To determine the 2019 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each supplier’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support, and communication.
Thycotic’s Partner Program places emphasis on building loyalty over the long term with a special focus for the individual member experience. From partner sales representatives and pre-sales engineers to solution architects, marketers and principals, the program is continuously evolving to meet the needs of each and every constituent. Correspondingly, the Thycotic Rewards Incentive Program ties in many of the program benefits and achievements associated with active partner participation. It is the cornerstone for establishing a competitive differentiation in driving channel revenue.
