Partner Access Dashboard – This feature enables partners to have visibility into the same insights that their customers see. The partners can now easily collaborate with their customers in getting service-impacting issues resolved as well as offer other value-added services to their customers. Partner Insight – This feature enables a partner to receive unique insights that only the partner can see. The partner-specific insights allow partners to receive early warning alerts of customers running out of their licensed capacity and the need to add more capacity.
