For NET NEW Public Sector logos and / or UPSELL opportunities with TeamViewer, TeamViewer will cover the cost of the Public Sector contract administrative fees of the transaction.

Terms & Conditions:

• Applicable Audience: Public Sector entities
• Valid for net new opportunities created after 2/22/2022
• Deal size must be at least $2,500 MSRP
• SPIFF is applicable for each customer, by individual Account Executive
• Max 3% administrative fee coverage or up to $250 per transaction
• Opportunity must be submitted and approved for Deal Registration by Partner
• SPIFF runs from 2/22/2022 through 3/31/2022
• Deal must be closed by 3/31/2022

Reporting Requirements to be Provide by Partner:

• Name of Customer
• Date of Transaction
• Reseller PO #
• Distribution Partner (Climb, TDSynnex, or Ingram Micro)
• Public Sector Contract Name and Number
• Contract Admin Fee
• Total Transaction Amount
