Launch Alert: Get ready for Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud!

Bluebeam Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud will allow your customers to get even more done with Bluebeam. With the launch of Bluebeam Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud, Bluebeam will be moving to a subscription based licensing model. Bluebeam subscription packages allow your teams to get even more out of the markup and workflow automation tools in Bluebeam Revu while completing entire workflows on the go with new Bluebeam Cloud solutions. The user experience is seamless and connected, so you can get more done together – anywhere.

Bluebeam has released three new subscription packages – Bluebeam Basics, Bluebeam Core, Bluebeam Complete.

  • All subscription packages include the next major version of Bluebeam Desktop Revu 21), Bluebeam Cloud (web & mobile) solutions, as well as services designed to boost productivity.
  • Revu 21 and Bluebeam Cloud are accessible by subscription only and not as standalone products.
  • All subscription packages require an annual commitment.

Primary differences between Revu 20 and Revu 21 are:

  • Users will need to log into Revu 21 with their Bluebeam ID (BBID) or via a supported single sign-on (SSO) provider (Okta AD or Microsoft Azure AD).
  • Features/functionality are packaged to better meet the needs of Bluebeam customers according to job roles and workflows.
